Professional Experience

At the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (Ifes), I worked on the maintenance, modernization, and integration of critical institutional systems used across all 27 campuses. These platforms support more than 40,000 students, 1,300 administrative staff members, and 1,600 faculty members as of 2025.

One of my most meaningful contributions was integrating the graduation certification process with the Federal Government's Digital Diploma platform. This work enabled the issuance of more than 5,000 valid digital diplomas by March 2025 and modernized a high-impact academic process.

I also designed and implemented a student aid management system for Campus Montanha, improving the administration of approximately 1,000 subsidized meals per day and replacing fragmented manual workflows.

Beyond feature development, I actively supported system reliability and internal operations, resolving more than 400 service tickets through GLPI over a 30-month period. That experience strengthened my ability to balance new delivery with production support and user-facing problem-solving.
